What prompted you to look for a new IT support company?
‘We had security concerns and I was fed up with maintaining the system myself.’

Why did The Business Clinic choose ECS?
‘ECS is pretty much the only option around here, others are either too small (so not able to service a business properly) or too far away. Also, I have known you since operations were at Tennyson Avenue and have not heard anyone disparage you – that I can remember (I know several clients have used you over the years).’

From your point of view, did the support that ECS provided help The Business Clinic and resolve your issues?
‘All issues have been resolved and so we have been able to concentrate on what we do rather than having to keep patching up the system.’

How did the transition to ECS go?
‘The system changeover was surprisingly pain-free, but apart from emails our systems are fairly simple there were a few small tweaks required to get us back as we had been but basically it went very smoothly.’

Finally, how are things running now?
‘Things are running very well – I have not had to worry about the system since the change.’
ECS have also implemented our Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) anti-virus service, meaning that The Business Clinic will be protected from future possible security issues.
